*this package is for ONE camper providing their own tent - Le Mans 24
50% deposit due within 7 days of booking with the balance payment due by 16/2/25. (12 weeks before the event). After booking, invoices will be raised for the deposit and balance payment
Cancellations & refunds - see below;
Refunds will not be made but, if you cannot attend for unforeseen circumstances, requests for a credit against future dates will be considered. Or we will allow you to transfer your booking to another. Your booking deposit cannot be used to offset the balance payment of another in your party.
Cancellation fees - before 12 weeks of race date 50% of the package charge. within 12 weeks of the race date 100% of the package charge.
If the race event is cancelled, or if unforseen events prevent us from delivering the service, credit notes will be issued in accordance with French consumer law
